2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Patna Junction (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 471 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. For the allegation of recovery of five stolen mobile sets from the possession of the petitioner, he is under custody since 10.06.2023. He is a person of clean antecedent.

4. On the other hand, learned APP, Shri Shailendra Kumar has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances clean antecedents as well as the period of

No.20021 of 2024(3) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 detention, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Rail Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patna Junction (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 471 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
