The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 418 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16140 of 2020(2) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
