The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354A, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that 14 accused persons including the petitioners came and snatched gold chain of the wife of the informant, when Renu Devi snatched gold chain of the mother of the informant. It is alleged that all accused persons assaulted the wife of the informant and took out Rs.58,000/- from the box. It is alleged that coaccused Ajay Yadav and Ganauri Yadav assaulted with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16846 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 iron rod, as a result, Ravindra Prasad received cut injury on his head. Other accused persons assaulted with iron rod to the informant Ravindra Prasad.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of snatching and assault is against Renu Devi, Ajay Yadav and Ganauri Yadav. There is no specific accusation against the petitioners. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Sudhir Singh, Sub-Judge-4, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
