The petitioner has been in custody since 20.12.2017 in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 60/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 457/380/382 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and the informant is own Gotia of the petitioner who is the neighbour, has lodged the present case on account of the ensuing land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25089 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 60/2017.
