2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323, 325, 307, 354-B, 427, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the father of the informant and wife of the informant due to which they sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury, clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30041 of 2024(2) dt.20-05-2024 2/2 of the petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Samastipur in connection Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
