1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nachiketa Jha, Adv For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Shyam Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that father of the petitioner, namely, Bhageshwar Sahni had already been released on bail under Cr.Misc. No. 50630/2013 (Annexure3), so the petitioner should also be released on bail on account of the fact that both carry similarity.
Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
One of the family members being released on bail even then, concealing himself for such a long period did not justify prayer of the petitioner.
Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
If the trial is not concluded within a year, then in that event, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
