JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2010, registered under Sections 147, 149, 337, 323, 379, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute the informant being the agnate of the petitioners has lodged the present F.I.R. with malicious accusation. This Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. There is nothing on record to suggest the stage of investigation as the F.I.R. was registered in 2010.

The application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions after
