Mr. Sri Ajay Kumar-1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Barahara P.S.Case No. 103 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 341, 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that due to parking of the truck quarreled took place and one of the accused Jitendra Singh is alleged to have given a Lathi blow over the head of aunt of the informant causing injury.
Submission is that both sides are agnate and no specific allegation of assault against these petitioners rather allegation is specific against one Jitendra Singh and there is also land dispute
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25664 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 in between both sides.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Binay Singh, Naveen Singh and Ankit Kumar @ Ankit Singh are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018.
