The petitioners are in custody in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 28.11.2018. He further submits that petitioners were apprehended in the instant case and from their possession lands document, Adhar Cards etc. were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not been put on TIP.

No.15160 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018.
