2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Neora P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 dated 27.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed murder of the informant's mother by assaulting on her face with bricks.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is the wife of the informant and the son of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14706 of 2025(2) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 mental disturb person. The charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the specific allegation of committing murder of his mother is against the petitioner. As per post-mortem report, the cause of death is due to haemorrhage and shock caused by hard and blunt object leading to cardio respiratory failure.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the specific and heinous nature of offence against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is rejected in connection with Neora P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Danapur.

7. The application stands rejected.
