Petitioners are an accused in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 381 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 22.12.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail
