That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to command the respondents to furnish the certificate for those days in which the petitioner was lodged in custody during the period of Jai Prtakash Narain movement for restoration of democracy by way of of protection of fundamental rights. Render in part III of Constitution of India to all citizen of India. During the period March 1974 to 21st March 1977. Which was conducted under leadership of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narain.

And Declared member of J.P. Samman Yojna and also direct

Patna High Court CWJC No.4370 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 to deliver all facilities and prestige which were notified by Government (respondents) which were notified in official Gazette notification dated- 30 July 2009 and later on."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents to consider the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner and take a final decision, forthwith. It is directed, accordingly.
