The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagar (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 585 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that during search one country made pistol with five live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 25.9.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
