That the respondents be directed to grant the first A.C.P. w.e.f. 05.04.2003 and second A.C.P. w.e.f. 05.04.2013 with economic benefit and interest thereon up-to-date to the petitioner. (B). At the outset, the learned counsel for the Respondent-
Patna High Court CWJC No.6561 of 2016(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 State has referred to the supplementary counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the Respondents No. 4 and 5, to submit that the petitioner has already been granted the benefits of 2nd MACP with effect from 1.1.2009, vide notification dated 20.7.2017, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
