JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 Once again no one appears for the petitioner to press this application. Ms. Pronati Singh, learned APP for the State is present. On 15.12.2022 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court finds that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada has not committed any error. The amount of maintenance awarded to the applicant-wife is a meager sum of Rs. 2,000/- per month which needs no interference.

This revision application has no merit. It is dismissed accordingly.
