2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the State has filed a report saying that all the charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined in this case and the officials witnesses are likely to be examined on 13.04.2026.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
