The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 812 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 153, 153A, 147, 149, 353, 333, 307, 435, 436 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the FIR named accused and there is allegation of causing communal tension on the eve of immersion of idol of Godess Durga.

This kind of occurrence is quite common in the State and since the petitioner is named accused in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

The Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to arrest all the accused persons who are found guilty during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26089 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 course of investigation without being prejudiced by the fact whether they belong to one community or not.
