The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 307, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The occurrence took place due to land dispute and both the parties have sustained injuries. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
