The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. case No. 1036 of 2014 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant and others alleged that the petitioner and Rajesh Kumar were agents and they collected money to deposit in Green Ray International Ltd. but office of the company was closed and petitioner and Rajesh Kumar fled away. It is submitted that petitioner is ready to return the entire amount of all the 15 signatories of the FIR, receipts of whom are annexed with the FIR, within two months. Considering the fact that petitioner is ready to return the entire amount of all the 15 signatories of the FIR within two months, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17121 of 2016 (3) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Town P.S. Case No. 1036 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
