2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 instituted under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16358 of 2022(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/3 Sections 323, 379, 498(A) and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with accused persons are said to have assaulted the tortured the informant due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry. Further, it is also alleged that the informant was sexually assaulted and she had been living at her paternal house.

4. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant and petitioner no. 3 is the married sister-in-law of the informant. It is further submitted that the informant had been living at her paternal house since 19.12.2016 after the death of her husband.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.1st, Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018, subject to the conditions
