The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhourah P.S. Case No. 41/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order at Annexure-1, with observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The same has been rejected by the learned court below only because of the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court. Now, the petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2017 and he is ready to abide by any conditions imposed on him by the Hon'ble Court. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.46875 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th A.D.J., Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhourah P.S. Case No. 41/2017, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 410/2017, subject to conditions that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner and another having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court below with further condition that he will make himself available before the court below in first week of each months till conclusion of trial, otherwise his bail bond will be cancelled.
