Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,412,413,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b),a,26(i)(ii),35 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2018. Allegation is that three cartridges and one mobile phone were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.20445 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Birpur Police Station Case No.134 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
