The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 422 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26095 of 2021(3) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 order dated 01.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26021 of 2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons mentioned in the order dated 01.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26021 of 2021, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, 1st, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Complaint Case No. 422 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
