The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband and is ready to keep his wife on any undertaking.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16070 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 Complaint Case No. 21 of 2014.

The court below shall make all efforts for reconciliation of the dispute between the husband and the wife. If the dispute is resolved between the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed. In case the dispute is not resolved, the court below shall pass orders on the prayer for provisional bail of the petitioner on its own merit in accordance with law.
