2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.11.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 19.09.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13220 of 2017.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be husband of the deceased. The charges have been framed on 19.09.2017, but so far no witness has been examined. It is submitted that the deceased died of natural death.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29914 of 2018 (2) dt.15-05-2018 the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
5. Considering that the charges have been framed about six months ago it is expected that the trial shall proceed with and be concluded expeditiously.
