The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 18 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from an auto. Petitioner claims to be the driver of the said auto. It is urged that petitioner is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 2.7.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37017 of 2017(4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge II - cum - Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017.

If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
