JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. It is submitted that petitioner no.3 has been arrested, hence, application with regard to petitioner no.3 has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the petitioners and three unknown persons resorted to 4-5 rounds of firing but the informant received no injury.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

No.21984 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 the occurrence took place on 02.03.2015 at 6 PM when the FIR was lodged on 03.03.2015 at 11 AM and the petitioner no.1 lodged Karpi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014 levelling accusation under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 379 of the IPC against the informant and others on 16.02.2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
