JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 15.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11276 of 2016. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Session trial no. 392 of 2012 arising out of Jamalpur P.S.Case No. 107 of 2003, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge-IV, Munger stands rejected.

However, the trail court is directed to expedite the trail of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
