====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard Sri Suresh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody, in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 bearing G.R. No. 1372 of 2018 , registered for the offence under Sections 417 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of referring to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and in the case petitioner was apprehended only on an accusation that his finger print was not tallying with earlier finger print, which was obtained at the time of written examination for constable recruitment.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27135 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner Shravan Kumar @ Sharvan Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna / concerned court in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 bearing G.R. No. 1372 of 2018.
