2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daniyama P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Though the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45784 of 2024 on 03.07.2024 but this fact is being suppressed by the petitioner. The affidavit has been sworn by the wife of the petitioner. The fact of earlier rejection has been bought to the notice of this Court by Mr. Praveen Kumar learned counsel for the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.
5. Since the petitioner has suppressed the facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed with a warning to the deponent, who is the wife of the petitioner, not to act in such a manner otherwise criminal case shall be registered against her.
