JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.01.2020 and is a person of clean antecedents, seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019 dated 02.12.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

A Tata Magic vehicle was intercepted from where 834 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered. One person is alleged to have run away from the vehicle. Later it transpired that the petitioner deals in liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accusation against the petitioner is

Regard being had to the aforestated facts and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019.
