This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mali P.S. Case No. 115 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act.

Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place on a trivial issue and the allegation of assault is against one Rameshwar Yadav not against this petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

No.25395 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Aurangabad, in connection with Mali P.S.
