Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation of commission of firearm injury is against co-accused Arjun Yadav and Rabindra Yadav. Though the petitioners are named in the FIR, however, no overt act is alleged. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24273 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Alouli Police Station Case No. 248 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
