The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol together with the magazine and seven cartridges are stated to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner . It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 6.10.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
