The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 212, 216A of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in brief is that the informant in connection with a murder case, proceeded for raid at the house of accused Dinesh Mani with police personnel where he was found absconding and in consequence thereof, he was said to abscond at Dhamdaha.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-10-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely

There is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. The allegation made in the FIR is denied. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Simmi Kujur, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S.
