====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ladaniya P. S. Case No.148 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 395, 170, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the F.I.R., this petitioner along with four accused persons posing as police officials, intercepted the truck of the informant and looted cash, mobile phone and other articles.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25761 of 2021(2) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide order dated 23.06.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.8028 of 2021, vide order dated 09.08.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.7865 of 2021, vide order dated 12.08.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.6002 of 2021 and in Cr. Misc. No.16574 of 2021 by order dated 25.10.2021.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. G. P. Gupta, learned J. M. 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P. S. Case No.148 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
