This application for regular bail arises out of Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 381 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There are four persons named in the First Information Report. It is alleged in the First Information Report that allegation against all the four accused persons is identical.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that a coordinate Bench of this has allowed regular bail by an order dated 02.03.2020
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16234 of 2020(3) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13379 of 2020 to co-accused Prabhu Narayan Singh and Pradeep Kumar. A copy of the said order has been placed by the Registry. On perusal of the FIR, I find force in the submission made on behalf of the petitioners that their cases are similar to those, who have been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 02.03.2020. Considering the aforesaid circumstance, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 381 of 2019. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
