Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner was apprehended when he was going on a motorcycle in a drunken condition.

Considering the aforesaid allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Belhar Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
