2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, Jitender Shah, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madhubani vide order dated 17.06.2025 passed in B.P. No. 319/2025, arising out of Benipatti P.S. Case No. 119/2024, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail granted to O.P. No. 2, Jitender Shah deserves to be cancelled on the ground that the trial is being delayed and O.P. No. 2 has allegedly committed another offence.

4. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner ought to have approached the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madhubani for cancellation of bail, as the bail was granted by the said court.

5. In these circumstances, the present application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madhubani for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2.
