The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khajekallan P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant was married to the petitioner about 45 years ago. The petitioner is aged about 65 years. The wife has made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.
It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted. The wife had earlier filed Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 236 of 2013. The petitioner was sent to jail and the petitioner was enlarged on bail on compromise, but the wife again made
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21462 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 allegation of demand of dowry and torture and filed the present case.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khajekallan P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
