1. The State of Bihar. .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Raghunandan Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Smt Sangeeta Sharma For the Informant : M/s Sanjay Kumar No.7 and Anant Kumar Mishra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.9.2017, seeks bail in Sathi PS Case No. 137 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 302 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's son was killed by the accused persons in their house and dead body was also recovered from there.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, one of the coaccused Ranju Devi has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the dead body was recovered from back of the house. Whereas learned Counsel for the informant submits that the informant's son was brutally killed inside the house, the case of the petitioner stands differently to that of Ranju Devi. Having considered the nature of the offence and recovery of dead body also from the house of the petitioner the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
