The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that from the UKO Bank some CCTV cameras and other articles were theft subsequently case was registered and during investigation, one person apprehended who confessed the guilt and suggested name of this petitioner. During investigation it also transpired that this petitioner found moving around the bank.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing against this petitioner except suspicion and confessional statement of co-accused. A statement has been

Considering the suspicious nature of accusation and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.19 of 2015, in connection with ACJM, Bhagalpur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
