JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 8.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33315 of 2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed in this case and he is in custody since 4.5.2017.
Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within three months. If trial is not concluded within the said period, petitioner may renew his prayer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42642 of 2017 (2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 for bail before the court below itself, who will release the petitioner on bail to its satisfaction.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
