Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kasim Bazar PS Case No.165 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as other coaccused, similarly situated, Baby Devi, Shambhu Yadav, Jhumka Mandal and Bhawesh Kumar @ Vawesh Kumar Pahuja have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as by other coordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos.6582 of 2018, 61798 of 2017, 58084 of 2017 and 51958 of 2017 on 16.02.2018, 02.02.2018, 12.12.2017 and 09.11.2017

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Kisty Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar PS Case No.165 of 2017.
