2. The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kodabandpur P.S. Case No. 56/2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 04.02.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64325 of 2018.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that upon conclusion of the investigation, final form has been submitted by the police and as such there is no apprehension of arrest at this stage.
