The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Araria Mahila P.S. Case No.51 of 2020 registered under Sections 376(3), 354(A), 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after 13 days of the alleged occurrence. Now both parties have compromised the case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
