Having regard to the nature of accusations, which have been made against respondent No.7, namely, Randhir Chaudhary @ Pampam Choudhary, in connection with Vaishali P.S.

Case No.293 of 2015, under Sections 341/447/384/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the SC/ST Act, it is hereby, in the interest of justice,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.388 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 directed that investigation of the case aforementioned, shall be conducted properly, effectively and in accordance with law and the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, is hereby directed to ensure strict compliance of the directions given hereinbefore.

Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, and Officer-inCharge, Vaishali Police Station. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
