Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 326, 341, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioners that petitioners and others catch hold the father of the informant when co-accused Md. Nawab gave dagger blow to the father of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly assault was made by the co-accused Md. Nawab.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22267 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 180 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
