Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186,332,353,341,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation wherein petitioner-Oriya Devi, aged about 55 years, is alleged to be involved in snatching the revolver of the police as well as considering the inaction of the police in handing the situation according to law, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.14250 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Araria Police Station Case No.845 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
