Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and co- accused persons are said to have caused the death of Ranju Devi due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The husband of the petitioner is already in custody. The opinion regarding the cause of the death of the deceased was kept reserved and the petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as well as nature of the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022. The application stands allowed.
